Do laser tag games typically sell out?

We frequently have sold-out laser tag games, especially during peak weekend times. Wait times are usually minimal.

How do I make a reservation for laser tag?

We do not accept reservations for individual play. However, groups and parties may reserve games in advance.

What payment options are available?

We accept cash, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not under any circumstances accept checks or American Express. We are also unable to provide cash back.

Is laser tag safe?

Laser tag is an indoor physical activity. While it is supervised at all times, and we make every effort to ensure strict adherence to all of our rules, and prohibit running, we cannot assume any responsibility for any injuries that may occur. Our lasers are Class I laser products, and have not been directly linked with adverse health affects. We also employ the use of commercial fog, which is composed of food-grade mineral oil. If you are asthmatic, epileptic, have a heart condition, are currently pregnant, or if you suffer from any other health condition, you are personally responsible for deciding whether or not playing a moderately physical activity will be detrimental to your condition. We cannot under any circumstance give medical advice as to whether or not laser tag will pose a risk given your individual health record.

Are we allowed to bring food into your facility?

NO, but we have food and drink available from our vending machines and from the delicious snack bar in the bowling alley.

Is there an age limit to play laser tag?

We recommend laser tag for kids age 6 through 96! We do not have an age limit, but it is a blacklit environment and the game is open to people of all ages. We see children younger than 6 rush in to play enthusiastically, and we see some children older than 6 who'd rather wait outside.

Do you provide storage for purses and personal items?

No. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

Is there a dress code to play laser tag?

We do require at least some clothing! We also highly recommend that you do not wear open-toed shoes. Under no circumstances can anyone play laser tag barefoot. Remember that the arena is blacklit, so white or bright-colored clothing will glow, and darker clothes will help you stay out of enemy sight!

Will other people be playing in our laser tag game?

Laser tag games at Panther can accommodate up to 60 people per game, and we often sell out our weekend games. It is almost a certainty that your group will be playing with other people of any age and of either gender. Private laser tag games can be booked at additional cost, and reservations are a must.

What is the parking situation at Extreme Laser Tag?

We are located inside the Clermont Bowling Center, and there is plenty of parking right out front!

Do players need to sign a waiver?

No. We have an excellent safety record and do not require signed waivers. Each player is required to watch our safety briefing video before entering the arena.

Can I use my cell phone in the briefing room or arena?

Sorry, but no cell phones shall be used in our laser tag gaming area. We require your undivided attention in our safety briefing. We also don't want your cell phone to cause a distraction for others, making them miss important information. Those of you who cannot respect this rule simply cannot play. We will firmly, but politely ask you to leave the briefing room and arena if you use your cell phone in these areas. Please do not get angry at our employees, who are required to enforce this rule.

What do we have to bring on the day of the laser tag party?

We pride ourselves on taking care of every need you may have on the day of your laser tag party. All you really have to bring is the kids! We can take care of pizza, cake and tokens right when you arrive! Your personal birthday party host will take care of everything -- serving all the food, making sure your pitchers of soft drinks never run dry, and most importantly, ensuring that everyone has a great time!

Can we bring in our own food or have it delivered?

Yes, you can bring your own food in to supplement your party. But remember that our party prices include delicious pizza!

Do we have to order the pizza ahead of time?

Our birthday party packages include two kid-sized slices of pizza for the party guests. Extra pizza for parents/chaperones is not included. If you expect that some parents will stay during the party, we definitely recommend ordering extra pizza in advance. Just call us and we'll be happy to help you.

What soft drinks do you carry?

We proudly carry Pepsi products at our fountain and in our vending machines as well. Our vending machines offer Aquafina brand bottled water, as well as energy drinks, and several other soft drink choices.

Who owns the Laser Tag Facility?

All of our laser tag and family fun centers are proudly owned and operated by BusinessVentures.com, LLC.

What is Exclusive Use?

For our standard laser tag birthday parties, we can accommodate 22 people, and we simultaneously take in 2-3 separate birthday parties at once to play laser tag, as it is a "the more the merrier" type of game. However, for larger groups, or groups that simply want the laser tag arena exclusively for their group, we offer "Exclusive Use" birthday parties. While it is a bit more costly, for some parties, it may end up being a better deal, or simply provide the privacy you desire.

What's the deal with tokens?

All of our video games in our arcade use tokens. You can purchase individual tokens at 25 cents each.
